Well, not ALL lies, but yes lies. The video exposing how Facebook is lying to you resulted in a lot of discussion, and rightly so. Social media is not reality, and although I love that you all are with me for this amazing ride, living in front of a computer is not where life is lived. Check out the video if you haven't done so already.

And as far as hype, I gave my opinion about the Fitbit and whether it's helpful or hype. Although I don't use one nor will I ever get one, my conclusion is one you should check out. I had a blast this week with the drinking mixing and pea coat videos, both of which can get you gentlemanly and stylish for this upcoming holiday season.
