My body transformation almost done. It's a total change in lifestyle. Firstly, I moved house from city center to the suburbs next to a local
park. In the city, (there were) far too many bars and nightclubs. Started running / gym daily with cycling on weekends and some swimming. Moved to 100% home cooked food and controlling portion size (use small plates). Got an apple watch, which I am addicted to completing my circles every day (active cal 750, exercise 1 hour, standing 12 hours). And don't keep any junk food in the house. Not only has this improved my health, but also my whole family's has as well. Most importantly is to have a
program you can maintain as fad diets are not maintainable in the long term.
